Refinish Gate, Install Gate Box w/ Electronic Lock
Full gate refurbishment with electronic lock. Refinish gate frame and fixed gate mounting rails. Weld in custom sized, double height steel lockbox and install customer selected & supplied electronic keypad lock (example: Kwikset Aura). Paint gate frame and gate mounting rails to HOA compliant color.
Refinish Gate and Deadbolt
We remove your gate, weld in a USA steel box, repaint your metal gate frame to HOA standards, install a deadbolt with two keys. Price may vary based on over-sized gates or gates in very poor condition.
Replace Pickets (composite boards)
We custom cut and fit your gate with new composite pickets and mount with new hardware. Starting at $299. Larger & RV Gates Extra
